what is the next strongest prescription after accutane for severe adult acne?

somegirl asked: I have very bad, painful acne and have tried Proactiv and some prescriptions but cannot seem to get anything to work. Any suggestions of the best/strongest stuff available. I would assume it would be prescription, and that's okay.Alidia
