What is the best acne and pimple treatments?

Alyssa asked: I get pimples and acne, but not huge breakout acne! What do you think is the best treatments for this? Nothing real expensive or are there any home remedys you know about? I would rather know about the treatments you can buy though.....................HELP!Christopher
